We meet at the call of the President of ISU to review strategy, plans, progress, and growth of ISU.

Space Policy is an international, interdisciplinary journal which draws on the fields of international relations, economics, history, aerospace studies, security studies, development studies, political science and ethics to provide discussion and analysis of space activities in their political, economic, industrial, legal, cultural and social contexts. Alongside full-length papers, which are subject to a double-blind peer review system, the journal publishes opinion pieces, case studies and short reports and, in so doing, it aims to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and opinions and a means by which authors can alert policy makers and international organizations to their views. Members of the International Editorial Board are all distinguished leaders in space programs, who meet regularly to provide advice an oversight on magazine character, content, and circulation.

I attended space conferences, visited space operations and research sites, and authored professional papers on space.

Chaired meetings of Commission members, worked with NC Department of Aviation on planning major improvements to Northeastern Regional Airport, including runway extension to 6000 feet, improved runway and approach lighting, new fueling system, new weather station, and gps approach.

Taught undergraduate classes in English, Composition, and Mathematics

Led assignments in strategy and planning in such fields as defense, aerospace, aircraft manufacture, high technology manufacturing, international security, space facility management, shipbuilding, shipyard management and modernization. Founded Space Technology Practice.
