Peter Wright helps manage a Secondary and Portfolio Finance Fund for PE Sponsors called Hark Capital. Hark was a pioneer within the space having closed 130+NAV and Management Company Financings with over 60+ sponsors since 2013. Peter also serves as Chairman and Founder of the Diversity In Secondaries Initiative. A 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to diversity initiatives within the secondaries market including but not limited to quantitative skill training and career preparation for HBCU college students, networking events for industry professionals, and scholarship grants. Peter holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from Howard University.Previously, Peter advised on GP Led secondary transactions at Campbell Lutyens. Prior to entering the private equity secondaries industry, Peter served on the investment team of Stellex Capital as an MBA associate focused on industrial, transportation, and consumer industries. His duties included M&A execution and integration, portfolio management, operational improvements, strategy development and external communications, among other initiatives.Prior to Business School, Peter served as an investment banking Associate at RKJ Partners focused on M&A and financing transactions for clients in the industrials sector. Prior to RKJ Partners, Peter served as an Investment Associate at UBS and an Audit Consultant at RR Donnelley.
