Peter has resurrected Peter Wright Associates after a successful 5 years at Local SpaceRegeneration & Strategic Housing professional with significant senior level experience in regeneration, strategic housing, project management, interim and change management in both the private and public sectors. • Principal of Peter Wright Associates (PWA), Peter has worked on a wide range of projects and assignments for local authorities, housing associations and private clients. The regeneration schemes have included stock transfer, private funding and other high profile funding regimes, notably New Deal for Communities (NDC).• He recently finished a 2.5 year Interim Management contract for LB Waltham Forest as Interim Head of Strategic Housing Development and is currently advising an East London RSL on Repairs and Maintenance service improvement.

• At LB Waltham Forest Peter took on a under-performing function in the Council which had been reviewed in the previous year and • implemented the 58 recommendations of a highly critical review into the Strategic Housing function and • restructured the Unit• re-established relationships with developers, RSLs and the HCA• EU procured the resultant Investment Partner RSL framework• instigated and managed an Estates Review to enable prioritisation of resource allocation• commenced planning the resultant capital programme projects • instigated the debate and process for the Stock Options appraisal for the end of the current ALMO contract• worked closely with members and senior officers to prepare the ground for this corporate imperative.As a result of his work LBWF is very much open for development business
