Main tasks of Maintenance Manager are as follows: Demonstrate safety first and food safety care during daily work; Set up RE Program including AHEM, Maintenance Strategy, Spare Parts Safety Stock, work order management, Operator Care; Manage on performance of maintenance team with KPIs such as PM completion, WO completion, Maintenance Cost and Equipment Down Time; Work on personal management and development; Talent is key for success. Work on Resources Management to ensure Feedmill and FP has enough resource when required, such as internal resource allocation with other plant and out resource searching and management;  Transfer Best Practice within the Company;Have 21people in my team, two directly report to me.

Producttion Excellence is making stabilization of product processes and then making capacity increase to maximize asset utilization and avoid capital investment. PE is applying tools in CI (Lean and Six Sigma)REPE is a sustaining program that will help us improve the Equipment, Process and People that make up operation of Manufacturing Industry. REPE will implement Strategies, Processes and Tools to ensure the facility can produce good quality and food safe products at lower cost and higher efficiency. Main tasks of REPE Deployment Leader are as follows: Set up expectation,  Leadership Alignment,  Allocate Resources,  Assess Performance, and Transfer Best Practice;Have three people report to this position.Main achievements are as follows: Two weeks learning in America about what is REPE and how to deploy REPE, Setup a team for deployment of REPE, Setup criteria of REPE success, Determined and maintained schedule of deployment of REPE, Deployed of REPE tools and processes in the organization, Achieved saving target RMB30m for PP Plant and RMB3m for FM Plant, Help maintenance team improve their performance on maintenance work management,  Operator Care helped production and maintenance team working as one team,  Deployed concept of production own the facilities and have ownership, and maintenance own the capacity of equipment, Help production on yield, PMO, productivity of equipment, efficiency of labor, and waste elimination,  Set up sustaining plan, etc.

In this project I main work on Schedule control, quality control and Safety control. General contractor of this project is CNF. We are expecting and push forward the project for handover on end of May 2014. • From May to end of Sep 2013, I was working on two Farm in BanTa Town of LaiAn City in ChuZhou City in An Hui Province, China. In Farm contraction I manage on Schedule control, quality control and cost control. General contractor of this project is ANCC. • From Aug 2012 to end if April 2013 , I was working on Preliminary processing project with total investment of RMB300M. In this project I worked as Project Manager to control all aspects of construction project management. The General Contractor is CNF. The project was finished on time and on spec.
