The team focuses on the commercialisation of ideas generated from various sources in the organisation, both locally and globally. The team assesses whether Deloitte invests in a new solution, service or product to take to market themselves, create an alliance, or consider an investment in a fast-growing entrepreneurial outfit.Responsibilities:- Applied design thinking principles and facilitating workshops for the Deloitte Tax practice to understand the current state, and co-designed the future state of the business with Tax practitioners.
