Responsible for the recruitment of company and branches; Hired more than 200 new employees during the working period (including experienced candidates and new graduates);Introduced and provided new employees some basic information about company’s rules and guidelines before the formal training for new employees. Deal with all the issues in the process of hiring and quitting or dismissing; manage employment contracts and employees’ relevant information;Responsible for the work related to corporate culture. During work period, I organized the company’s “Culture Week” activities. I was the main editor of the corporate magazine. During the working period, I hosted the annual meeting.
