I have been a Chief Financial Officer in the private sector and a Director of Fiscal Services & Financial Systems in the public sector. I have approximately fourteen years of government experience at the City & County of San Francisco, City of San Mateo, and City of East Palo Alto, with expertise in finance, budgeting, accounting, payroll, deferred compensation, and audits. I have over a decade of experience in the private sector working in investment management, enterprise software and public accounting industries. I was the Chief Financial Officer at Primarius Investment Management. I spent almost five years in the Enterprise Software industry as an implementation manager, software development engineer, and pre-sales account manager working at companies such as PeopleSoft and for clients such as the State of California. I began my career working for financial audits and technology services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
