I am an accomplished and energetic Venue Manager, with more than 16 years of management experience in fast-paced venues. I have a passion for the hospitality industry and always ensure a high standard of customer service. My previous experience includes but is not limited to being the Front of House Manager of the Olympia Theatre, where I looked after all aspects of Front of house including managing the 4 bars and all kiosks, all front of house staff, ushers, cleaners, maintenance teams and security. During my time there I would simultaneously manage the setting up, staffing and stock control of the bars of some large scale out door events like the Trinity ball and Marley Park Events.
