My passion for data analysis stems from my upbringing in Ghana, where I learned to value human connections, gratitude, and kindness. As a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon, I apply these values to my work ethic, ensuring that customers receive their orders efficiently and accurately. I also leverage my problem-solving and interpersonal skills to collaborate with my team and support the operations of the fulfillment center.To advance my career in the data analytics field, I am participating in an intensive program that combines the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate course with Merit America's professional skill development. Through this program, I have acquired multiple data certifications, such as Foundation: Data, Data, Everywhere, R Programming, and Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions. I have also gained hands-on experience in data collection, transformation, organization, cleansing, and visualization, using tools such as SQL, R, and DataVIZ. For my capstone project, I applied these skills to extract valuable insights from a real-world data set, and presented my findings and recommendations using effective written communication and data visualization techniques. In addition to my technical expertise, I have a strong educational background in biology, having earned a Bachelor of Education in Biology, Chemistry(minor) from University of Education, Winneba(Ghana) and an Associate's degree in Basic Education (General Science) from University of Cape Coast. I also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at The George Washington University, but did not complete it due to personal circumstances. As a former biology teacher, I have developed a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, skills that I believe will be invaluable in solving problems within the technology industry.I am eager to contribute my unique background, technical expertise, and passion for data analysis to a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
