ISG is one of the largest Commercial Construction businesses in the UK. I fulfilled a short contract to assist the project management team in developing and implementation of the recovery programme for an £8m office refurbishment for ISG.

BW at the time were experiencing a huge growth trajectory. I was brought on to manage a part of a technologically advanced £22m office fit-out for a blue chip client in the center of London. Following my work on this project I successfully completed a reception and WC refurbishment to secure the next £2.8m building renovation and office fit-out.

Modus holds a special place in my heart. The ownership took a chance with me and together with them and the team we completed some amazing projects. I reported directly to board level and they chose to thrust and trust me in the deep end. The directors charged me to take over a struggling multimillion pound project and with an amazing team we turned things around, completed on time and within the budget.* Successfully negotiated a complicated client to contract whilst developing the scope (Chaabi Banque Du Maroc).* Successfully completed part of a NHS hospital conversion to private for UK-SH and secured a 5 year maintenance deal.* Completed a £7.2m commercial building refurbishment on time and budget for Hermes c/o Hines property managers.
