 have developed long-term sourcing strategies for semiconductors and ICs, including established the semiconductor engagement, management and technical operation model for 20+ global wafer foundry suppliers  developed supplier selection process and built up long term relationship with global wafer foundry suppliers supporting semiconductor purchase agreements. With which, I conducted RFQs and led cross-functional teams with a consistent supplier selection process  established a semiconductor foundry performance assessment system, CETRAQ (Cost, Environment, Technology, Responsive, Assurance of supply, and Quality), and managed the performance of 17 analog wafer foundry suppliers for TI analog products and technology  interfaced with Engineering for early engagement and achieved best TCO for TI. I transferred 5 technologies to Asian wafer foundries and in charge of all analog semiconductor foundry qualification process and analog semiconductor product for suppliers The strategy improved 20% GPM of TI financial in five years

In charge of process integration branch, managed 10+ analog CMOS, BCD and SoC technology development, qualified and released technologies to five manufacturing wafer fab in US, Europe and Asia.
