If I had told you what I did, you would not have believed it, but I was involved in almost every aspect of the company. From planning (material inflow & outflow plus inventory and logistics), sales support (including pricing and negotiation for both cost and sales prices), after sales service, technical support (including corrective action), product development (and also supplier development) personnel training and counselling. Before I left, I doubt there are more than a handful in the whole sales organisation who knows the product and its application more than me. I could go on, but it will bore you guys reading this. I am not good at all of it, hence I am a jack of all, but the combination of it makes things works around me and to-date, no issue (customer or otherwise) brought to me has not been resolved. I am where I am because it is where I want to be( I am a strong believer of Peter's principle) and would not want/fight to be promoted. But most of all, I am what I am because of my God who has brought me through all these.
