- Interaction with designers at the stage of technical task preparation, support of design documentation preparation, passing GE (State Expertise), participation in work scheduling and budgeting for capital construction;- Construction supervision as Customer representative at Mining and processing facility for "Pavlik" gold field (Magadan region, Tenkinsky district);- Control of correctness and deadlines of registering construction documentation- Control of timely implementation technical and author's supervision instructions on quality control issues;- Obtaining construction permits;- Obtaining and registration of permits at all stages of production of construction and installation, including hydrotechnical facilities;- Support for regular and unplanned inspections by RosTekhNadzor, rectifying discovered drawbacks and faults;- Obtaining statement of compliance with project and technical regulations for the completed facility;- Interaction with design companies on issues related to design alterations, approvals and other issues about construction sites of capital construction facilities;- Obtaining commissioning permission as per Article 55 of the Russian Civil Code;- Inclusion of hazardous production facilities in the HPF register;- Ensuring compliance with industrial safety requirements.In 2016, received permission for commissioning 3 mtpa gold production complex (120 objects + GTS objects), also obtaining all permits and declarations. In 2017-2019, commissioning of 9 CC objects, starting with obtaining construction permits through property rights registration.
