I have written a manual for sale, we have established pricing policy, we have identified and I checked the sales targets. In the first year, we met sales targets to 100%, in the second to 110%.

Managing and supporting of the activities of external sales centres (56), I opened a new sales centres, provides training and further training of their staff, I coordinated the activities of local shops with regional sales, create and analyse local sales statistical reports, I design and implement a rules of system of quality management.
