Periodically analyze and calculate the inventory status, compare with the plan target, and make the material requirement adjustment in time. Check the stock status periodically, confirm the sluggish materials stock, drive the consumption of the S-materials, and prepare to sell the sluggish materials which can't be used. Analyze causes of material sluggishness and make improvement measures
