• Primary responsibility is to ensure that all TTH projects are running on-time, on-budget and delivered as per business case metrics to enable corporate long-term growth targets by applying all project management principles to the projects (meeting minutes, forecasts, milestones). • The secondary responsibility is to manage and coordinate TTH quarterly planning meetings and work to ensure compliance amongst all accounts. Financial• Analyse and report account and business unit level projects including phase progression, risks, mitigation plans, budgets, forecasts, actuals on a monthly basisCustomer• Responsible for process compliance and reporting progress status of projects, attending project meetings to ensure that information is disseminated to relevant stakeholders and project remains on schedule and issues/risks are discussed• Implement the best practices and methodologies for TTH project management and efficient practices, translating lessons learned into improved TTH project management processes across the organisationProcess/Operations• Organise and Track monthly project team meetings for TTH projects that are conducted with relevant documentation including forecast updates, milestones, risks and meeting minutes• Manage key performance metrics and review project progress on a monthly basis to ensure TTH unit is executing to schedule and revenue goals and objectives.• Track TTH projects on monthly basis, driving action plans for projects identified as off-track and/or at risk
