I serve as the General Counsel at Premier Research Labs, where I oversee all legal aspects of the company's operations and transactions. In addition, I am a member of senior leadership responsible for the strategic direction of the company and have assumed a leadership role over sales and marketing.Previous to this I served as General Counsel and ultimately CEO of MedAvant, a distressed, publicly-traded claims processing company. As CEO I successfully lead the sale of the company through a 363 sale process by which we ultimately secured a purchase by a private equity fund at almost twice the stalking horse bid.As a co-founder of Audion Sound, I supported our expertise in sound engineering and proprietary technology to offer custom designed solutions that improve the quality of audio output in venues of any size, with a particular early focus on stadiums and arenas. I was a partner at Lunch Pail Capital, a firm that sourced capital for lower middle market companies that require financial and operational support. With over 11 years of experience in strategic business planning, turnaround, restructuring, and M&A, I was responsible for all matters relating to sourcing, financing, acquiring, and operating acquisition targets. Before all this, I was an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan for five years.I also serve as a board member for Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria Napoletana.
