EN:In my position as Digital Team Manager, I am responsible for digitalization throughout the Ground Engineering Group, including our business units in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, England, and Poland.To accelerate the digital transformation within the Ground Engineering, we’ve established a Digital Network, that spans across the countries and business units. This network is intended to focus on knowledge-sharing and prepare the units for enrollment of master-data software. This approach is mainly with the purpose to ensure operational excellence in our core operations. Another approach is to focus on digital transformation in our digital offerings. Here we’ve formed a team for development, a team under my responsibility. DK:Som Digital Team Manager har jeg ansvaret for at drive den digitale udvikling i Funderingssegmentet, som omfatter vores forretningsenheder i Danmark, Sverige, Norge, Tyskland, England og Polen. For at accelerere den digitale transformation har vi etableret et digital netværk på tværs af hele Funderingssegmentet. Netværkets primære formål er at videndele samt at forberede de enkelte enheder på udrulning af de bærende systemer – master-data systemer. Formålet er at sikre at vi har styr på de interne processer omkring vores kernekompetencer. Derudover har vi et parallelt fokus på digital transformation ifm. vores digital tilbud. EN: As a Team Manager, my primary task is to continue working with implementing VDC in Ground Engineering at a strategic level. Subsequently, it will be to spread VDC to our business units in Europe (England, Germany, Poland and Sweden). Here I will assist with the strategic development and adaptation of services in cooperation with the respective countries' upcoming VDC Coordinators.As Team Manager, I have the professional management of VDC Coordinators throughout the ground engineering segment.DK: Som Team Manager består min primære arbejdsopgave i at arbejde videre med implementeringen af VDC i Fundering på et strategisk niveau. Dernæst vil det være at udbrede VDC til vores forretningsenheder i Europa (England, Tyskland, Polen og Sverige). Her skal jeg bistå med den strategiske udvikling samt tilpasning af ydelser i samarbejde med de respektive landes kommende VDC Koordinatorer. Som Team Manager har jeg den faglige ledelse for VDC Koordinatorer i hele funderings segmentet.

EN: In the role as VDC Coordinator my primary task has been to analyze, test and implement relevant VDC services for the Ground Engineering segment in denmark. Thereto, I have assisted project-oriented tasks in both Ground Engineering East and West, as well as I have had individual development tasks associated with VDC and in particular IT in the department.DK:I rollen som VDC Koordinator har min primære arbejdsopgave været at analysere, afprøve og implementere relevante VDC ydelser for Funderingssegmentet. In the period from February to July 2013, I was employed as an Intern at CEBRA. I was currently working with the new HF & VUC building in Odense. The size of the project is 150 million and 16.000 m2.I was mainly working with the coordination between the entrepreneurs and engineers regarding the ceiling for the whole building. Furthermore, I was working with general problem solving regarding the construction and 3D modeling drawings.
