- XCEED was the first lender in Canada to offer 100% financing mortgages, joint venture of BMO Bank of Montreal & Household Finance- My team of Mortgage Officers were the first “B” specialists to receive directly mortgages declined by a bank to formally broker out- A wonderful learning experience in complex credit guidelines. These were not truly risky loans: despite being ‘non-standard’ they were strictly underwritten and the defaults were far lower than CMHC government insured loans.- Top-funder amongst my peers and was promoted to Team Leader.- Developed /Delivered training & communications for employees /stakeholders.
