I lead a global team of over 300 engineers working out of the US, Canada, Mexico, and India. We develop and test the software for the next generation body control modules.

I led over 140 engineers who worked on platform software design, development and testing for Ford’s next generation electrical systems architecture.The team developed embedded software that runs on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, QNX, Linux, and Android operating systems, that run on SoCs from NXP, TI, Qualcomm, and Renesas.

I then managed the team that implemented the design.I managed the Power Management team which is responsible for the power optimization, and power state coordination on three ECUs (modem, gateway, IVI). As part of this group I designed the system that allows resources to be dynamically requested during ignition off. The system took care of aggregating requests and coordinating resource states, it also ensured the battery would not drain to the point where the user could not start their vehicle.I was awarded for my contribution to the architecture of a research and advanced engineering project that defined Ford’s next generation vehicle electrical architecture.
