Pete Agnes is an experienced investor and trusted advisor who brings expertise and perspective on firm strategy, capital markets, finance, talent and leadership. He is currently an Operating Partner focusing on life sciences and healthcare investments at B-Flexion, a private, entrepreneurial investment firm. Pete also has responsibilities across Group Finance including capital markets, debt advisory and treasury. Before joining B-Flexion, he was a Consultant with the global leadership advisory firm Egon Zehnder’s Boston office where he advised private capital firms, their portfolio companies and Boards of Directors on talent, leadership, and strategy. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Pete spent nearly twenty years as an investor including seven years as a Partner at Caxton Associates in New York where he focused on fundamental and event driven investments across credit and equity and served on the firm’s Partnership and Risk Committees. He began his career building and leading proprietary trading businesses at global banks.Pete earned his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a CFA Charterholder, serves on the National Board of the educational access non-profit Minds Matter and the Boston Advisory Board of The Concussion Legacy Foundation.
