I joined the Traffic and Data Services Division of Tracsis Plc (formerly Sky High Technology) in March 2010, coming from a transport and traffic data background having managed the North Area of one of the UKs largest consultancies. I decided move to my current role as the Traffic and Data Services Division specialised in Data Analytics which was a growing area of interest in the transport industry and continues to be so. In my current role I am member of the Senior Management Team responsible for compiling and fulfilling large scale tenders and framework contracts. I manage our largest contract which is part of the DfTs National Road Traffic Counts programme for 13 areas of the UK and have been instrumental in securing several long term framework contracts with clients such as TfL, Network Rail and Transport Scotland as well as numerous local authority contractsThroughout my career, I have been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of contracts including the Department for Transport National Road Traffic Census. I was a key operational member of the London Area Transport Survey (LATS) road traffic survey team responsible for around 500 RSIs in London and the Southeast. I was invited to be part of a panel, and contributed to, the revised issueTA11/09 guidance on RSIs. I am an Associate member of the Market Research Society (AMRS)Specialities: - Traffic and Transport data collection, analysis and reporting. - Expert knowledge of automatic, manual and hybrid survey systems and methods. - Transport data consultancy advice. - Survey design and recommendations. - Bid preparation and estimating, specification, commissioning, analysis and reporting. - Pedestrian data collection and data manipulation using video and/or Bluetooth. - Bluetooth Survey Systems for traffic, transport and pedestrian monitoring- Mobile phone data analysis
