General Counsel and Business Manager for The Ehmer Group in San Francisco. Drafted and augmented endorsement, licensing, marketing, and personal appearance contracts on behalf of professional athletes and celebrities. Advised businesses seeking to secure sports and entertainment licenses and provided a customized approach tailored to produce approvals from licensing bodies such as Disney, NFL, NBA, MLB, NASCAR, and the Collegiate Licensing Company. Worked with the Vice President to procure new legal clients in sports and entertainment for contractual and transactional work.

Responsible for researching and writing briefs and memos along with attending depositions for current workers compensation and grievance claims against the organization. Draft answers to complaints filed by former players and coaches bringing civil claims against the Raiders. Assist with the review of player contracts and addendums to ensure their accuracy and compliance within the salary cap. Work directly with NFL Management Council in arbitration decisions related to the collective bargaining agreement.

Research and draft summaries of position depth chart, player salaries and other pertinent information in aiding player negotiations. Analyzed player contracts and develop strategies creating in depth player research projects

Worked directly with Bob Stanley, founder of this international basketball advocacy firm. Initiated contact with teams in Spanish speaking countries, attain team contacts to facilitate the signing of new players. Recruited college players with interest in playing abroad, signing them to representation contracts with the firm. Attended Pro-Am tournaments to scout and recruit players with potential signing interest. Revised Stanley International's standard player contract based on previous arbitration awards granted by the FIBA arbitrational committee.

Constructed temporary seating at PGA, NASCAR and NCAA events. Responsible for jobs individually valued at up to $1,800,000 while consistently maintaining over a 55% profit margin. Supervised multiple crews of workers at one time with ability to communicate directions in Spanish. Managed daily progress, overseeing the ingress and egress of equipment, logging all time sheets and hotel logs and working directly with the client to ensure all expectations were met. In a four-month period as Project Manager, profits exceeded $580,000.

Constructed a temporary race track for the Champ Car open wheel race circuit around the Pepsi Center in downtown Denver. Was responsible for coordinating all vendors during the build and ensuring proper completion of event construction.
