Whether with math or with piano, I am passionate about raising confidence levels, decreasing stress levels, and fostering understanding. With my job at CPM Enterprises, I have been fortunate to encourage, equip, and train a variety of groups and leadership assemblies. I have spoken to teachers on stress management, work-life balance, communication skills, and fostering hope. Through CPM Enterprises, I have been very fortunate to work alongside worship teams for several years. I am passionate about worship and music, and this role can assume different forms, depending on what a church needs. Sometimes, I am essentially a contracted worship leader, where I come in and take a Sunday to give smaller worship teams a break and allow them to rejuvenate. Other times, I provide training to worship teams in the area of team dynamics, an understanding of worship from a biblical and congregation viewpoint, as well as practical sessions on musicality,leading worship, and cultivating a spirit of worship within a congregation.Finally, I also speak to congregations on the subject of worship, of purity, and the connection between the two.
