Head of LC & ELV Department

Responsible for managing and supervise All MEP consultancy work (Electrical, Mechanical and Pluming) as the head of the department to ensure the consistency and the compliance of the services in all Mobinil premises (headquarters, call centers, shops & warehouses). Coordination with Mobinil operation and maintenance team for all MEP maintenance issues, to ensure a proper operation for all the applied systems. All electrical systems testing and authorized acceptance and safety validation for the intelligent and security systems.

Responsible for studying, preparing and issuing technical and Financial offers for Legrand brand name products (around 130,000 product in 2008); also the product range of MyHome (a home automation product range of Bticino). Review the performance of authorized distributors for the Legrand brand name products in Egypt; support their sales team to assure the customer satisfaction. Technical support in Egypt for all Legrand brand name products; with the roll of Quality assurance feedback for Quality assurance department in Legrand FRANCE.

From April 2005:Working as a project Engineer - Low Current System - Mobinil New Head Quarter Project;Responsible for installing, commissioning, and testing of 7 low current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, MATV, Access Control, Runner Display, Master Clock, and Sound System). Installing, commissioning, and testing the Main UPS Electrical Panel and all UPS Sub-Panels at the same Project.Then starting from August 2006:Working as a site Manager for all operation and maintenance teams and activities (Electrical, Low Current systems, HVAC and Architecture) for Mobinil headquarters at Nile City Building which is over than 16,000.00 square meter of area in totally distributed different floors in both towers, and reports directly to Executive manager. Responsible for operation and maintenance programs (preventive and corrective) for all the site, and coordinate with the Facilities Department of Mobinil for all operation and maintenance activities in the mentioned site.

Licenses Engineer, permitting, Issuing, and renewing license applications for electricity generation, transmission, and Distribution utilities; Technical Performance Assessment with the expertise of the USAID to develop tools to evaluate the technical as well as the financial performance of the regulated electric utilities; Working in the cost and pricing department to get the fare electric energy service cost generated, transmitted, and distributed, to determine the fare price for various categories of customers.Administrator for License and Tariff Department, Archiving System, Backup System, and  Benchmarking Model;Member of Information System Security Team;
