• Took on the role of supporting the Head of Communication in running the Nordic/Baltic communication department of Bayer AG • Developed content for the Nordic organization’s first SoMe identity on Facebook and for big corporate events and CSR/sponsor initiatives such as a Climate and Sustainability Program event at DieselHouse, business lounge sponsorship at Lyngby FC, and cooperation with Lyngby Business School. • I was project leader for creating a new HR intranet and for implementing e-recruitment in the Nordic/Baltic organization • Supported the Nordic Head of HR with employer brand development, corporate storytelling plus additional internal and external HR communication• My work contributed to a significant streamlining and performance boost of the Nordic/Baltic recruitment process

• Delivered custom-made communication solutions, content, support and project based consultancy for a variety of communication projects, including Bayer’s Sponsorship of the European Athletics Championships
