I love working with happy positive people. I really enjoy watching people change over time as they take on board the perspectives of other people around them.I enjoy the collaborative nature of multiple disciplines that Agile processes forces on a team. It is through this collaboration that I for example, gained a deeper appreciation for the types of problems that designers have to solve, and vice versa.I enjoy learning new skills, not just tech or dev related skills, but other things as well like sports. In my youth I made the New Zealand Universities Open Mens Touch team, I played club rugby and rugby league, I used to surf, I still play the guitar, I have spoken at a few events to help motivate young Maori kids nurture their education and I came second in a national short story competition (written in Maori).But what drives me first and foremost is my family and friends. Secondly, I am extremely passionate about technology, more specifically, mobile technology.
