(from 40 musd to 90 musd) Excluding Benelux. (additional 200 musd and 1500 people)* Creating a profitable consulting organization. (From lost making to 15% corporate margin)* Growth on the new focus areas * Turn a round of the Netherlands operations. * Strategy work for EMEA management team. (Member of the EMEA leadership team)* Building new strong management teams for the individual countries and Europe north.* Acquisitions* Leading executive relations with new clients and existing top clients.* Member of the board of directors in 5 countries.* Investor relations and media relations* Mega deals (deal size over 250000000$) * Personally involved in closings of deals up to 100 musd* Played a key role in mega deals 250 musd - 1,4 busd TCV.
