Responsible for Logistics network that serves Musgrave Retail Partners. My responsibilities included the operational management of the five depots that serve SuperValu and Centra. I was involved in major work practice change programmes in a strongly unionised environment. Achievements included the implementation of the Kilcock warehouse, the reduction of costs and significant improvements in customer service.

I worked in various Logistics roles in Boots The Chemists including Group Warehouse Manager responsible for D82, London Road and Acton Road where I was responsible for 700 employees. Prior to this role, I was the Regional Distribution Manager responsible for the RDC network of 300 drivers and 200 cross dock employees.

I joined Exel Logistics (BRS Northern - as it was known) as a graduate trainee and worked in various depots including Doncaster, Leyland, Bolton and Preston. At Preston, I was the Depot Manager for the Boots RDC and subsequently moved to Boots.
