Directed SSA facility project planning and implementation. Strategized, designed, and implemented the merger of two companies: Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas in Africa. Executed the integration of manufacturing facilities with 5 processes under one workshop roof in 16 months. Designed and built offices and workshop restructuring to house approximately 280 people.Integrated 5 process lines, Wireline, Drilling, Completion, Wellbore Intervention, and Subsea Xtree services, personnel, and process into one manufacturing plant with lean process sharing of tools and cross-trained technicians. This was the largest synergy project in Africa with a projected program budget of $4.2M. Successfully executing the project, saving $250K.
