In my role as an Area Sales Manager, I have a diverse set of responsibilities. I serve as a Key Account Manager for customers in Central, Western, and Northern Europe, as well as North and Central America. Additionally, I handle clients in French-speaking African and Middle Eastern countries. I am also the exclusive manager for high-tech products on a global scale.My duties encompass market and price analysis, marketing, event coordination, and organizing business trips. As a Key Account Manager, I am responsible for our company's most significant client, and the largest customer in our industrial rubber products sector, which includes conveyor belts and rubber sheets.Beyond this, I engage in financial analysis and have expertise in commercial, obligational, and international law. I've also taken on tasks related to marketing and business development. Over a short period, I successfully organized and executed several international fairs, including SIM 2021 inLille, SIM 2022 in Marseille, SIM 2023 in Bordeaux, NIBA 2023 in Nashville, GLOBAL GYPSUM 2023 in Chicago, and BAUMA 2022 in Munich.Within the realm of business development, I've undertaken and participated in optimization projects related to internal and organizational processes, SAP procedures, pricing policies, development strategies, complaint processes, and the implementation of new tools, including AI and CRM tools. I'mconstantly exploring new product opportunities, researching market potential, identifying new customers.

My job tasks included project and sales management and additional tasks in the legal matter. I was working in the field of international legislation, especially in corporate, international private and public, trade, and commercial law.

My job was combining retail with customer service and additional interdisciplinary tasks. My tasks were working in retail, customer service, cashier and logistics. Diverse and universal.

As I memeber I was doing project management and project execution. I was resposnible for marketing, pr , brainstorming, foundraising and execution. Several projects were designed and reinvented. The focus was on cultural and general diversity.

I organized more than 30 thematical evenings for over than 300 students in Maribor, mostly for Erasmus students in Maribor.

I was the head of the OC of the AGM 2013 event. One of the biggest youth conferences in Europe. The conference is actually the Annual General Meeting of the ESN International network. I functioned as a executive project manager where by I was coordinating a team of 20 members. We were organising a conference for approximatley 1000 students, the conference lasted all in all ten days.

I organized events for youngsters and student population in Slovenia. Among the biggest events were, concert of the slovenian groups MI2, EMKEJ and TABU. I also organized other cultural events among which the biggest were Thursdays cultural evenings - international evenings and the big art cultural festival 2011.
