We are currently seeking the following providers to lease treatment rooms.DO - Doctor of Osteropathic Medicine (Must have Current Credentials & Malpractice Insurance)Psychiatrist, Psychologist or Therapist - Treating patients of any age (Must have Current Credentials & Malpractice Insurance if applicable) Graduates of the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine at California Institute of Integral Studies – Providers who specialize in Chinese Medicine, Alternative Medicine or Acupuncture (Must have Current License & Malpractice Insurance if applicable) RN - Specializing in injectable cosmetics such as Juvederm, Restylane & Botox. Phlebotomy assistance also needed. (Minimum of 2 Years Experience - Must have Current License)Chiropractor - Treating patients of any age, Okay for recent graduates (Must have Current License & Malpractice Insurance)Reiki Massage Therapist - (Must have Current License or Certification if Applicable) Massage Therapist - (Must have Current Certification or License) Rooms Available - Currently 4 Treatment Rooms Available ranging from 150-300 sqft. (Please see pictures provided) All treatment rooms will be repainted and repaired per Dr. Arellano. Furniture and supplies can stay or be moved out per providers needs. Lease Rates & Terms - Monthly lease for Treatment Rooms are $998/mo. with a $998 Deposit. Monthly lease for Larger Office is $1350/mo. with a $1350 Deposit. Lease Term on All rooms is 1 Year.Part-Time Lease available if two providers share treatment space, set schedule would be required.
