"Mall of Egypt"• Responsible of the Main Mall Area (140,000m2) and Operating directly under the PM to set the monthly target for the Mall.• Track the progress and quality of works on site to assure we meet the monthly target.• Getting involved with all departments & key personnel directly to assure all sequences are run smoothly.• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.• Chair meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members/disciplines/trades.• Utilize & follow the projects scheduling and control tools to monitor the projects plans.• Preparing tracking logs for all ongoing activities as well as held up issues.• Keep the PM and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations & site progress.• Issue & follow site requisitions for all materials, RFT, subcontractors,… etc. • Pursue & track the closing out of all NCRs (Non Conformance Report) by instructing the involved personnel to do the action required to close the NCR.• Track any overdue drawings needing approval at the consultant, and confirming the approved version is handed to the site.2. “Maadi City Center Carrefour Toilets renovation"• Organizing the working agenda & contacting all involved parties.• Chair & attend meetings with the clients to meet their needs & demands.• Reporting the sites progress & managing the key handover dates.• Preparing the full handover documents to the client after the projects end.
