I established Mediplus in 2002, specifically provided funding, consulting & financial services to commercial clients and specialist medical & dental practices.The commercial client base included not-for-profit associations, bio technology, aged care, hospitality, manufacturing, commercial & residential property development, commercial property leasing & management, funds management, construction & financial services. The medical & dental client base included specialist radiology, nuclear medicine, ophthalmology, cardiology, dermatology, obstetrics, general & dental practices, located in Qld & NSW.

The AASW is the professional representative body of over 6,700 social workers in Australia. It is a national not-for-profit limited liability company governed by a Board of Directors.I was responsible and accountable for developing and achieving the AASW strategic plan in conjunction with the Board, developing and implementing a business redesign, building the reputation and profile of AASW within the social work profession, managing internal and external operations of the AASW, and providing consistent high level advice to the Board on governance, operations, policy and planning, in accordance with the AASW’s Constitution, Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, principles and values.
