I was responsible for contact with companies and begin cooperation. Prepare conditions for intern- employee from abroad. It means stay permit, working permit- contact with government offices as police, labor office. I was responsible for this interns- to prepare program for them and to show city. This was great chance to improve my English. I was also one of 2 team leaders, responsible for new members.

I was responsible for recruitment of new members of Aiesec Košice. It means prepare Interviews and assessment center. Than we have valuated who is suitable for our organisation.

We had to prepare marketing strategy for recruitment. This consist of posters, online promo, promotion in schools. The biggest benefit for me is that i had chance to speak in front of 140 students so i could improve my presentation skills. Result was 3 days conference. So our team had to prepare conference for 35 people and also program. It was very difficult but very useful.
