Ardent Communications was a broadband service provider that, under our management, transitioned its business model from hospitality broadband supplier to a tier-one ISP, ultimately leading to company sale. •Served as key member of turn-around team brought in by KKR (Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts), responsible for all marketing aspects of company including product strategy, branding, marketing (both direct and through channels), communications, and investor relations for publicly traded company. • Successfully rebranded company (from CAIS Internet to Ardent Communications), radically shifted business model, offers, and pricing, and led to creation of a tier 1 wholesale ISP. Ultimately sold to PCCW.
