I rejoined the business for 7 months in 2014 and 1 month in 2015 to coordinate key financial processes for the business during this period of transformation.

Key achievements include: ☛Improved management information and reporting and embedded stronger reporting discipline resulting in better quality of figures.☛Supported Management Board of Samlerhuset as business partner during business reviews, growth opportunities and strategy meetings.☛Worked closely with business in identifying and implementing cost savings, working capital optimisation (of which weekly cash forecasting) and margin improvements.☛Supported mergers & acquisitions/divestments processes and the documentation and implementation of transfer pricing policy for intra-group and operating services.☛Implemented internal control framework in a limited control culture resulting in increased reliability of figures and reduced audit costs.☛Involved in tender process of new audit firm, new banking relation and analysed several exclusive vendor contracts and international projects and alliances including with IOC and FIFA.
