Over the past 25+ years, I have worked with CFOs and their key leaders to improve the performance of their finance organizations and deliver sustained business value which typically includes accelerated growth, lower cost, increased earnings and cash flow, optimized working capital and financial risk, reduced financial statement and operational risk and an enhanced experience for the finance workforce.I help my clients realize value by planning, designing and executing transformational change in Finance which may include changes to operating models and service delivery models; redesign of organizational structures and upskilling of talent; redesign of finance processes; selection and implementation of technology; enhancements to business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes; and optimization of cash, liquidity and working capital.Over the course of my career, I have practiced across most industry sectors, but focus on Consumer Markets clients including CPG, Agribusiness, Retail, Transportation & Logistics and Hospitality & Leisure. Much of my work over the years has been performed in the context of deals including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, supporting both strategic buyers/sellers and private equity fund managers.In all my work, I bring a rigorous, fact-based approach to problem solving.
