Current• Leads communications and public relations functions in a new and evolving in-house marketing and communications (“marcom”) department of this complex mission-driven nonprofit that engages constituencies across the United States and Puerto Rico.• Sets strategy, guides execution, and monitors performance of the organization’s marketing and communications campaigns to ensure that the institutional mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities are effectively communicated across appropriate channels to all stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, partners, and the general public.• Pursues a digital-first approach to fashioning the organization’s marcom infrastructure, which will include a reimagined website, improved social media strategy and tactics, and an upgraded marketing technology (“martech”) stack intended to increase departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
