WHO I AM:I'm a radio host, journalist, and fiction writer.Monday through Thursday, I host of All Things Considered at New Hampshire Public Radio. On Friday mornings, I host the "Weekly New Hampshire News Roundup" on "The Exchange." You can hear me delivering newscasts, interviewing politicians, artists, and other newsmakers on NHPR's many signals in New Hampshire and at NHPR.org.By night, I'm a fiction writer and book reviewer. I'm proud of the stories I've published. I'm also the founder of the 501(c)(3) Burlington Writers Workshop and co-founder of the literary journal Mud Season Review. WHY I GET HIRED: I'm a skilled communicator and prolific generator of ideas. In addition to serving as a host of a reputable radio news magazine, I've reported short- and long-form stories for NPR member stations, the New England News Collaborative, and NPR. I've won multiple awards for my reporting. I function as a "utility" player, using my diverse skills to meet intellectual, technological, and creative challenges. I work well across departments, seek consensus when making decisions, enjoy managing projects of all sizes, and meet deadlines with time to spare.
