In charge of CBS' Exchange Social Program (ESP) for 800+ exchange students. The ESP is a social and cultural introduction program for incoming exchange students at CBS, aimed at easing the integration process to CBS.This includes: • Overall management of the program, including leadership of 40 - 50 volunteers• Development of a dynamic and creative Exchange Social Program• Interviewing and recruiting 40 - 50 volunteers to help with the execution of the program• Raising sponsorship agreements• Arranging social and cultural events• Working, developing and executing the program in a collaborative team with three other ESP Coordinators

Responsible for facilitating workshops in the subject "Statistics and Quantitative Methods", for students enrolled in the bachelor program BSc SeM (BSc Business Administration and Service Management).

Mentoring first year students enrolled in the bachelor program BSc SeM (BSc Business Administration and Service Management):• Teaching time management, study and group work techniques and easing the integration process for 180 new full-time university students.
