It was a tremendous success to introduce the new model. It made the decision for the customers very much more reasonable and very much decreased the risk for an investment upfront. It was based on monthly subscriptions for each user of the system and it was including customer care support and updates for the system. Great success!Focus on SME customers. It gave the company a much more solid base to grow on because of the increased number of customers. (More easy business).New training platform. Introduction of the 24hr concept for our customers. It was possible to combine a stressful working environment with training.Achievement:Aretics won the European Maintenance championship for the 2nd time in a row with me as a coach.New CMMS platform presented during maintenance fair.Business contract signed with one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Sweden. The contract gave us the power to increase speed of developing our business model for our other customers.
