Fulfilling as a secondary educator in English Language Arts who strives to work with the incoming generations of English learners, or emergent bilingual/multilingual students from diverse cultural backgrounds, by applying the professional frameworks of classroom management practices, innovative technology, effective pedagogies, UDIs, and English curriculum in accordance with the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts and Literacy as well as English Language Development Standards. I pursue to foster all students' academic and critical language and literacy development in the 21st century English classroom which I envision the design of instruction to be student-centered and student-oriented where they can be intellectually engaged and succeed in meeting their learning goals.
