Goal is to bring our unique knowledge as the leading lender in the "For Hire" transportation industry to provide unique solutions for the Private Fleets by reducing costs, increasing flexibility, increasing cost certainty and reducing obsolescence, technological and end of term risk.

Primarily a hunter/ business development role in commercial finance providing term loans, leases, asset based term revolvers, acquisition finance and structured finance solutions to larger private or public companies in Ontario. In charge of developing new business for a defined list of customers and prospects in the Transportation and Construction Verticals.

Hired with a zero base portfolio to expand into underserved complex term lending for large private and public companies primarily in manufacturing, transportation and construction segments. Specialized in automotive, acquisition loans, sale/ leasebacks as well as complex refinances and working capital loans. Grew portfolio to annual production of $50MM/ annum and was #1 producer in Central Canada 2 out of 4 years and never worse than #2.

Numerous positions in account management, risk, business development and management over 17 years. Most recently, I managed a team of mid market commercial bankers and was directly responsible for business development for larger customers and prospects. Experience selling to "C" level contacts including corporate and commercial banking products, cash management, futures, leasing, acquisition finance, etc.
