I am an architect with a design studio based in Switzerland and Hong Kong, founded in 1993. Our studio collaborates with our clients and partners to create contemporary and highly individualized design solutions with sustainability at the core of our attention. We believe that truly valuable spaces are often the result of a deep understanding of the underlying contextual frameworks and a process in the studio that investigates new conceptual design approaches. In my academic journey I was the dean of a school of architecture in Bern, Switzerland, and the Initiator of a new International School of Design in Shenzhen, bringing together the City of Shenzhen, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Zurich University for the Arts; supported by the institute for advanced architecture of Catalonia and the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart. Driven by the belief that the constant evolution of educational institutions is opening new horizons for all their stakeholders.
