Dansk Olieselskab A/S is a company created to acquire the oil refinery in Fredericia, Denmark, which was being divested by Shell.I managed the IT workstream of the transition consisting of carve-out of IT infrastructure and applications, localising of IT contracts and creation of an IT organisation to support the refinery after the cutover. I also planned for the business process optimisation to be executed after completion of the acquisition.
