Participating in machine installation, ramp-up. Machine performance improvement (OEE, downtime, micro stops). Continuous written and verbal collaboration with international product and machine development companies. Analyzing the machine performance, defining improvement points (technical, method, or operation as well) and realizing them. Ensuring the optimal effectiveness. Creating work instructions and other documentations. Maintaining and improving the automatic line/cell flow, parameter optimization. SMED project for changeovers. Training and supervison for the regular maintenance activities and for operators. Medical production based on ISO 13485.

- Responsible for the technical drawings, the documentation and the development of the machines and equipment at the company. - Liaison with suppliers and other sites. - Maintaining the plant layout.- Running optimization and problem solving projects in the production area to optimize the main KPI’s. - Supporting and leading the projects from the definition of user requirement specification until the final rollout. - Exchange actively the knowhow with other production sites. - Adjusting quality problems, take relevant actions to avoid shipment of bad products. - 5S responsibilities.

Production support, machine development. Designing devices, jigs and tools (cutting/punching tools, bending tools), creating drawings. Designing different structures, material handling equipments and storage devices. Solving technical problems in the production. Liaison with suppliers.
