Coordination of design activities of external architects and design teams, providing incorporation of building user's requirements into the design, checking of accuracy of the design documents and their conformity with legal requirements (municipal masterplanning, national norms and regulations etc.), checking of a timeframe of the design and its consequences to the permitting process, construction etc. Check, comments and approval of architects' drawings and suppliers' shop drawings. Architectural and design support for other internal teams (project management, permit management, cost management, construction management, marketing, commercial management etc.). Creating of initial site layouts, modification of existing site or building layouts for purposes of evaluation.
