In this job I Reviewed and assessed the suitability of potential new sites, existing holiday sites or brand organisations around Europe that could be added to the vast and profitable portfolio of Landal GreenParks.Liaising and establishing long term business relationships a.o. local governments, representatives, investors and project developers to ascertain the growth of Landal. Process and project manage (including Due Diligence) of all park acquisitions, inclusive of contracting, marketing, operations and finance, liaise with departments legal, finance, marketing, operations and work together with UK/US finance team in order to get business cases approved.Achievements in this role: 9 parks contracted in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Acquisition of DAYZ organisation creating our new destination Denmark with 5 parks and adding UK as a new destination to the portfolio of Landal GreenParks with up to 6 parks in 2019. Estimated units added within role: +/- 2.200 which resulted in a total estimated yearly EBITDA growth of 45 Mil.
