Leading sales globally of HR Business Process Outsourcing.Focussing on NGA largest and most complex sales deals around the globe. Majority of the deals are multi country/regions HRO and payroll deals with a duration between 5 and 10 years for large multinationals (10.000 ee or more). Key activities are :- Supporting these large deals by helping the teams to understand the real client needs, the value NGA can bring and our price and win strategy;- Being very involved in deal closure and client interactions;- Defining competitive information;- Developing approaches how to prevent deals being stopped;- Setting up a global pricing model for HRO and payroll services.Realized YoY growth by succesfully moving into a value / market pricing approach focussing on the client needs translating these into the values NGA can bring to the table.

Focussing on improving the relationships with and performance on NGA's top 60 global strategic accounts with the goal to create long lasting partnerships and increasing our share of wallet.

Responsible for all consultancy related work at a global level.Member of the Excom of NGA.
